How do I make a deposit?

Go to the "Deposit" page in your dashboard. Select the cryptocurrency, enter the USD amount, and choose a package. The system generates a unique wallet address — send the exact amount, then paste your transaction hash (TxID) into the confirmation field.

What is the minimum deposit?

The minimum deposit amount is $125 USD equivalent. Higher minimums apply per package — for example the Spark package starts at $125, while the Sovereign package requires $38,000+.

How long do deposits take?

Deposits are typically approved in under 5 minutes once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. During high network congestion, it may take up to 3 hours.

What is a Transaction Hash (TxID)?

A Transaction Hash (TxID) is a unique identifier for a blockchain transaction. You can find it in your wallet's transaction history. We require this to verify your deposit.

What happens if I send the wrong crypto or amount?

You MUST send only the specified crypto to the correct address. Sending a different coin (e.g. ETH to a BTC address) will result in permanent loss of funds. Always double-check the currency and address before sending.

When does mining start?

Your mining contract is activated instantly upon deposit approval. Your first daily profit will be calculated and added to your balance 24 hours later.

How is my daily profit calculated?

Your daily profit is based on your chosen investment package. For example, the "Bronze" package earns a set daily percentage — that percentage multiplied by your investment amount equals your daily earnings, credited to your balance every 24 hours.

What is the contract duration?

All investment packages have a fixed duration (e.g., 14 or 30 days) specified on the package. After the contract period, it is marked "completed" and daily earnings for that investment stop.

What happens after the contract ends? Do I get my deposit back?

The daily percentages include your principal return — you do not receive your initial deposit back in a lump sum. Instead, it is paid out as part of your daily earnings over the contract period. For example, the Spark package (1.5% daily, 7-day contract) returns a total of 10.5% across the contract duration, covering both profit and principal.

How do I request a withdrawal?

Go to the "Withdrawal" page. Select the crypto you wish to receive, enter the USD amount, and provide your personal wallet address. Double-check your address for accuracy before submitting.

What is the minimum withdrawal?

The minimum withdrawal amount is $100 USD equivalent.

How long do withdrawals take?

All withdrawals are processed within 5 business days. We perform a manual security review on every request to prevent money laundering and ensure the safety of platform funds.

Are there any withdrawal fees?

No. REEBUX pays all network (gas) fees for you. The USD amount you request is the amount calculated for the crypto transfer — you receive the full amount.
